So where are the prices heading?

Being in real estate, I always get asked " So, do you think prices are still going up?"
Even though nobody has a crystal bowl, but there is a consensus among experts that we will be having strong markets way into 2021. The only thing is that the rate by which real estate will be appreciating will go down. 

When it come to predicting the appreciation, not all the experts see it the same way. Graph below, shows the difference between the views of the bulls and the bears. But one thing we know for sure is that real estate market will be strong with low inventory of homes for the next few years. Home prices will be increasing and yes, real estate is the best place to invest your money.
