Market Update November 2017

Economy is strong and home  prices are still increasing strong in Sacramento area (as well as nationwide) One reason (or maybe the main reason in my opinion) is lack of enough new home construction in the past decade. Here is data for month of October. Attention: These are numbers for  for "Sold" homes and not "For Sale" homes.
