Sacramento County July Market Report

As expected, July was another great month for Sacramento County real estate:number of Pending homes had an increase of 8% over the same month in 2015. 
Average price of Sold homes went from $320,000 to $353,000. That is a 10% increase JUST IN ONE YEAR. That is absolutely awesome for home owners. Real Estate continues to be  the safest way to accumulate wealth, IMO. Thinking of purchasing an investment property? Give me a call. I know of some properties I like to share with you.
